Privacy Policy

We at Custom Craft Creations are always thinking about how to best serve you, our customers. We will never share your contact information with anyone else, or sell your phone number or e-mail address for solicitation. We won't even send you e-mails of our own special offers unless you want us to, and unlike everyone else, we don't do that by default, so you don't get e-mails unless you actually want them!

We also endeavor to do everything possible to protect your billing information. We do not store any actual credit card or other monetary information on our servers; we only use services that can safely protect that sensitive information for you, such as PayPal. The only information we store locally is your e-mail (optional), and your last billing address (again, optional) for your convenience only when ordering, and a record of your past orders for your reference. In fact, every bit of information that we store about you is viewable on your account page.

There is the option to remember your password when you log in to your account. This is acheived by storing a 'cookie' on your personal computer--basically, a tiny file with a key that our server recognizes and verifies that you are indeed allowed to be automatically logged in. This is by no means a requirement of using our site, and you can safely use our site with cookies disabled if you prefer (see the documentation for your preferred browser for details).
